SemoWeb: Unplanned Server Maintenance

Good afternoon,

We're writing to let you know that tonight we are going to perform a security update to a core switch hosted in our Los Angeles datacenter. This will take place at approximately 11pm CST (9pm Pacific). We apologize for the short notice but we wanted to perform this update as soon as possible to eliminate the possibility of exposing any vulnerabilities before they had the chance to become an issue.

We are anticipating anywhere from 5 - 15 minutes of downtime. This will only effect clients hosted in our LA datacenter.

Again we apologize for the inconvenience and the short notice, but we felt that it was important to execute this update as soon as possible to ensure that we are able to provide the best possible service. We are taking this immediate action as a matter of protecting your server.

If you experience any issues or your server isn't back online and fully-functional by 11:30pm CST, please contact us immediately.
