BuyVM 25 May New Jersey Network Outage

At 2:26 PM GMT -7 we were alerted to a network outage on our New Jersey network.
Our staff initially thought it may be the network card driver again and went through our standard protocol to address that.

When that proved to not be the issue, Francisco was brought on to address the issue.

Ultimately, the issue was related to a unique & uncommon DDoS attack that our autonull was originally not taking into consideration. As of now, Francisco has made adjustments to our autonull to monitor for these new types of floods.
